Cancellation and Refund Policy There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a Customer must purchase products. Customers may cancel their orders at any time for any reason simply by logging into the Rejuvenate Worldwide website. After the 15 day Trial, Rejuvenate Worldwide maintains a 3 day 100% refund policy on all autoship orders, including shipping and handling charges. You must cancel your order by phone or email within 3 days of placing that order to be eligible for a full refund including shipping. After the three days has expired, your product will be shipped and you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund on the shipping cost, however you can still receive a full refund on the product cost. If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason after the three days has expired, you may ship the product back anytime within 30 days of the bill date for a complete refund of the product cost. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges. Refunds are processed within 3 days of receipt of your returned product and will be credited to the card you used to make the purchase. The refund normally shows on your credit card statement within 5 days of when the refund was issued. You will also receive an email notification when the refund is processed. Be sure to include your Rejuvenate Worldwide username or ID number. All returned product orders are refunded automatically and customers are notified by email. |
